Most assistants answer “where do I configure X?” with a paragraph. Adamko answers with a button. This page covers the three ways he moves you through the app: navigation, guided walkthroughs, and proactive nudges. Ask Adamko to take you somewhere — “open my domains”, “take me to billing” — and he navigates immediately. When a page is merely relevant to an answer, he attaches a Go to … chip instead, so you decide whether to jump. He can deep-link to every major area: domains, API keys, templates, campaigns, audience, webhooks, events, logs, settings, and billing.

Guided Walkthroughs

For multi-step jobs, replies carry a Guide me button. Clicking it closes the drawer, takes you to the right page, and walks you through the task one element at a time:
  • A pulsing highlight rings the exact button or field for the current step, scrolled into view
  • A speech bubble next to it explains what to do, with a “Step N of M” counter
  • The tour advances by itself when you complete the step — clicking the highlighted element, finishing typing in it, or copying the highlighted value (handy for DNS records)
  • Steps that are already done say so and skip ahead on their own
  • Escape dismisses the tour at any point
Walkthroughs exist for the flows people most often get lost in: adding and verifying each domain type, creating API keys, building segments, setting up webhooks, importing contacts, and more.
Some articles in this documentation include a Show me in the app link. Clicking one opens the Lettr dashboard and starts the matching walkthrough automatically — the last step links you back to the article you came from.

Proactive Nudges

Adamko watches for a small set of situations worth interrupting you about, and surfaces each as a dismissible banner on the relevant page: Every nudge has a one-click CTA that opens Adamko with the diagnosis already started. Dismissing a nudge hides it for a while — for the whole team on team-wide issues — and if you dismiss several in a row, Adamko takes the hint and goes quiet for a few days. Nudges alert; they never act. Fixing anything remains your call.

Quick Actions

The suggestion chips above the input aren’t decorative — they’re the fastest route to common tasks, and they adapt twice over:
  • To your setup state — a team without a verified domain sees domain-setup chips; a fully configured team sees campaign and integration chips
  • To your current page — on the Domains page you get DNS questions, on Campaigns you get drafting prompts
Chips work even when your team’s monthly AI allowance is used up, so the assistant’s most common answers stay reachable at zero cost.
